Nice graphical quality to it accentuated by the lower hair elements .

The upper hair appears more painterly tho and appears as a different style. ...It's not bad that way...but most people cant mix styles and still appreciate the overall in their tiny heads...lol
... i think by giving it some type of light element behind the head you could continue using the more graphical hair style that exists on the arms...
The face is extremely well done ...but i do notice a fair difference in flesh tones between the arms and the face ...Once again...it could be intended ...but a little more uniformity in color makes it look less cut and pasted as if from different works.

Not trying to be critical ...just trying to lend some suggestions...
